So this idea that these (dem-run) states don't know the exact number of outstanding ballots is absurd. Yet multiple states keep 'finding' mail-in ballots they didn't know about.

Every state is counting ballots. NOBODY has certified the vote yet. The attention is being paid to the really close races, that's the only difference.

Common sense, the 2.8 Million ballots in PA, little over 2 million in MI and approximately 1.8 Million in WI came well before Election day. More common sense, MI only allowed larger cities with > 25K population to open and organize Ballots on Monday but no count. PA only allows ballots to "start" processing that is opening, verifying and counting 8AM on election day. Hence a slow process.

Further common sense, Democrats heavily voted by mail. We are in Pandemic., Trump kept telling his base to vote in person. Vote in person was reported frist in MI/PA hence he was ahead, vote by mail was reported first in Ohio and counted earlier, hence Biden was ahead.

BTW yesterday in Clarke Co, Nevada, they threw out Trump's poll watchers and said counting was done. Then in the middle of the night, they again 'found' votes to give Hiden a 22k advantage.
