Are you a 12 year old girl because you post like one? Florida-Miami game is an infrequently played bitter rivalry, doesn't matter who looks better on paper or how the game itself looks, both teams make it personal and play gets emotional. In any bitter rivalry you take the W regardless how it looked. Can't compare a game like that to SCar game for us.Good win...I think??? Well an ugly win is better than a pretty loss, at least that seems true in this case. I know it is a season opener, but both teams looked really bad, playing and coaching.
Are you guys really the #8 team in the nation? As much as want you to curb stomp my rival Cocks (Gamecoots), I had your game penciled in as a win for the Gators and a loss for the Cocks. I believe that I am going to have to take out the eraser and change that. I just do not see this team (as it looks now) going into Cootbumbia to the Chicken Pen and beating them. I know their tone has changed overnight, as they had you guys as a loss, now they are talking about beating you guys down. I hope that is NOT the case.

Mullen called plays with a tight anus...until he needed to late in the 4th quarter when he needed to call plays with a tight anus. He tried to get a little too cute. Not the best Mullen called game. Hopefully it won't happen again.

That's boastful talking from a fan of a team that has consistently failed to meet expectations, has a dubiously suspicious head coach by and large known to the football world as 4th and Dumb, has lost 5 of it's top receivers from last year (leaving none with experience) and will be breaking in a new OC and DC that are unproven commodities this year. Oh yeah, throw into the fact that your team has yet to play a game this year so you are taking a LOT for granted that you're just going to be as good as last year. UGLy has lost more since 2018 than any other team in the SEC East, so it takes some big balls to be putting all your chips into the pot when you haven't even been dealt your hand yet.
The fact stands, Florida has won 3 national championships since you've won your 1. FSU has won 3 national championships since you have won your 1. Miami has won 5 national championships since you have won your 1. We just beat that Miami team, ugly as it was. You still are living with the faded distant memories of that one national championship and are no closer to another one now than you have been since 1981 and you're stuck with a mediocre head coach. All you have is recruiting to brag about, nothing else right now. Florida still accounts for more SEC East titles since the league split into divisions than you and the rest of the East combined has, so you still are and will continue to be little brother, begging for recognition.
It's not boastful at all in the here and now. We're going to win by double digits for the 3rd straight year.

Suspicious head coach? That's a laughable take in the CFB world. Our guy is running circles around your guy in every facet. You guys laugh all you want at recruiting and we'll just keep winning in JAX. Spurrier even just admitted your recruiting has to get better.
Every coach makes questionable calls... every coach. From not stopping a play that has no chance to throwing the ball when it could easily be game over. Not every coach runs his mouth, especially when he's done nothing to earn it.

Every facet except coaching the damn football teams. Did you miss where Dan Mullen coached circles around Beaver in Jax in 2018? Yeah Florida didn't end up winning the game, but despite missing several of it's best defensive players for the entire game, having a bone head turnover machine at quarterback, Florida was still leading you in score late in the game. It took 4th and Dumb till the 4th quarter to realize that Florida didn't have it's starting CBs for the entire game and was missing it's safety as well. Only then did he start throwing deep passes against us to take advantage of that. A good coach doesn't wait until the 4th quarter to find the opposing team's weaknesses. Don't forget that Mullen was playing with probably the least talented roster Florida has seen in 2 decades thanks to ol' yellowteeth's lack of recruiting the 3 years previously while 4th and Dumb had a roster that was stacked with talent from Mark Richt as well as his own recruiting efforts.
Pretty much every analyst agrees that Dan Mullen outcoached Beaver in 2018, but we just had too much working against us. You buffoons had twice the talent on your roster last year, yet we beat Tennessee better on their home turf than you could the following week at home. At no point in the entire season did Mullen call a 4th and dumb with the goal of losing the SEC championship game. Kirby Smart has YET to show he knows what he's doing as a head coach. He's a recruiter, nothing more so far.
Has lost every big time game he's been in so far where his roster talent wasn't a serious advantage against his opponent.
Edit: no wait, I'll give him credit for the Oklahoma win in 2017. I don't believe for a second that OU had as good of talent on it's team, but it was close enough that they weren't that severely outmatched. No other point can I see where Beaver has secured an actual victory over even competition in the past 3 years.

The only logic I can figure is that Mullen was trying to confuse Diaz, and overall, he was coaching incredibly tight to ensure we won. He was all over the map.
We'll see two weeks from now if this was an anomaly or not.
Brotha I have no idea what the hell that was. It’s the worst called game I’ve ever seen from a Mullen offense. We didn’t run anything he’s spent 20 years perfecting. No zone reads, one option play that was fumbled, no nothing. I thought I was watching Wisconsin out there or something. This was one game he was too smart for his own good.
I saw one other called option play, but I think we had a motion penalty. It was whistled dead right after the snap. Looked like UM sniffed it out, but our blocker might have just stopped because of the whistle.
It looked like an Addazio offense. Which is the same offense, only the OC comes in with an idea that he's going to call certain plays and pays no attention to what the other side is doing.
Very bizarre. Does seem like Mullen realizes the mistake though. That's encouraging.
