Doomsday Climate change predictions that didn’t happen

"Just years prior, Time magazine echoed other media outlets in suggesting that "another ice age" was imminent. "Telltale signs are everywhere — from the unexpected persistence and thickness of pack ice in the waters around Iceland to the southward migration of a warmth-loving creature like the armadillo from the Midwest," the magazine warned in 1974. The Guardian similarly warned in 1974 that "Space satellites show new Ice Age coming fast."

In 1970, The Boston Globe ran the headline, "Scientist predicts a new ice age by 21st century." The Washington Post, for its part, published a Columbia University scientist's claim that the world could be "as little as 50 or 60 years away from a disastrous new ice age."

Some of the more dire predictions came from Paul Ehrlich, a biologist who famously urged population control to mitigate the impacts of humans on the environment. Ehrlich, in 1969, warned that "everybody" would "disappear in a cloud of blue steam in 20 years," The New York Times reported."

Critical thinkers have seen this all before, and immediately dismiss today's hucksters as being the sons and daughters of those in the 60s and 70s that said we would all be frozen by now.

Those that don't care about science and facts, who just want to believe, well they do. Blindly. There will always be @BSC911 @SoProudNole @urtren @bradleygator who simply want to believe, even when science and reality tells them there is no reason to.

Man made climate change is a religion with the pixie dusters. There will be no changing of minds.

When the Medieval Warming returns, the Warmists will likely get my attention. We're not close.

Not to be mean but this new 16 year old champion looks like she has a problem with a chromosome. Wouldn't surprise me if that is not the case and it would be right up the lefts alley to exploit such a person.

And that's the rub: You can walk outside in your front yard right now and see for yourself that global warming is a hoax.

Warmists want you to ignore what you can see with your own eyes, and instead focus on the 'studies' they have, which are funded by the people that benefit monetarily from the man-made climate change hoax.
