The fire commissioner of NYC has called e-bikes "incredibly dangerous devices". It is hard for a reasonable person to look at those awful statistics cited in the article and disagree, UNLESS you are nothing but a troll who refuses to acknowledge any problems with battery powered vehicles. I guess deaths and property destruction are just nothing burgers to some people.
