This if fantastic news. Wife and I were supposed to take the kids in December. Told Disney that unless they bring back “boys and girls” and support parental rights, we will be canceling.

It's slowly catching on. The parents in Loudoun and Fairfax Counties (Of all political affiliations) are standing up and not taking it any more. They are leading the way, fighting Liberal School Boards, wokeness, CRT, etc.

My son and daughter in law refused to renew their Annual Family pass. They went down for the weekend literally five to six times a year. That’s at least $5K a year they spent in addition the cost of the passes. They even spent a whole week over spring break when her sister and family came down from Minnesota and spent even more money staying on property.
They said a bunch of their friends aren’t going back either.
Disney will be answering to lots of shareholders very soon. A rookie CEO made a very dumb move. If you live in a blue bubble in Burbank you aren’t dealing in reality.
The same with my adult children/grandchildren have also sold their time-share at Disney and are canceling their Disney + subscription, etc. When the left started this "Attracted to Minors" push and sexualizing preschoolers they saw the writing on the wall.

I mean, a company that was receiving a great benefit from the State Government, should not have attacked the State Government. Actions have consequences. Funny part, not one single Disney Lobbist was against the FL Law before it was past.

Coming out and blasting Florida in the media to virtue signal is one thing but pulling the campaign contributions from the very people who have supported/turned a blind eye to your 50-yr old tax status which has saved you billions over the decades is just plain stupid.

Yes indeed. And Netflix, Hulu, among others are feeling the American boot up their asses for being "woke" as they are. Not to mention the record-low turnout for movie theaters nationwide as well. Hollywood is finally realizing whose got the power, and it isn't them. It's us the American people.

Right now, they'd move to Canada for all they care.
Right....the Floridians who live/die in the state may miss a weekend at Disney here and there but they know where their bread is buttered. Disney isn't paying the bills even for the poor people that are employed there.

Spot on with the blue bubble. Now - a broad number of LGTBQ+ members serve as cast and supporting members in Disney and do an exceptional job of it and should be celebrated and supported for that. hard stop; no question.
Weighing into educational programmes for K-3 should not be the purview of a corporation - for either way.
I agree 100% as to Disney’s character performers doing an excellent job and I have no issues with their personal lives.
My issue is that the personal lives of children in the K-3 age group are none of THEIR business and polls consistently show I’m not alone by a majority in that regard.
