As of 1/14/16 the final Fall standings of the Director's Cup has FSU at n# 12 and UF at # 19. Additionally the ACC has 9 of the top 25 ( #2, #3, #6, #9, #12, #16 , #18 , #22, # 25) in the standings to the SEC with 2 UF at #19 and Ark. #24. How wrong could you be?

Much like FSUcks fans thinking that they would be the NC about half way through the 2015 football season, before getting their sorry butts kicked by a 3-9 loser GaTech team.....

Florida is the only program to finish among the Nation's top 10 in each of the last 32 National All-Sports standings. (while some criminole twit tries to make hay on a fall season, phootball factory lead) LMAO!

2013-14 YEAR Finals (not a partial season lead) - UF finished at #2 for the Directors Cup.
With a dozen UF Top-10 'team' finishes in National Championship action – including a pair of NCAA titles - led the University of Florida athletics program to its third consecutive second-place finish in the Learfield Sports Directors' Cup. This was Florida's sixth consecutive top-four finish. A total of 12 Florida teams finished among the nation's top 10 in 2013-14.

2014-15 Year - #1 Stanford, #2 UCLA, #3 USC, #4 Florida.
The SEC led ALL conferences with 7 teams in the Final Top 25:
4. UF, 14. UGA, 15 LSU, 16 Ark, 17 aTm, 22 UK, 25 UA.

So, why does Stanford win every year?
The Director's Cup allows a schools Top 10 Men's and Top 10 Women's sports for their points total.
Stanford has 25 qualifying sports to chose their Top 20 finishes from.
Florida only has 18 qualifying sports, 8 Men's and 10 Women's.
But Florida still finishes in the Top 10 in the Nation, with only 18 total sports to be counted for their total.
You're a moe-ron, as anyone with a functioning brain can readily see....

That looks to me like you're getting exactly what you deserve.

UF doesn't just have a VASTLY better sports program than FSUcks has, (not much of a brag in that) UF is also the best school in the best conference in the Nation.

UF's 224 SEC-C's (1937>2015) leads all teams in the SEC's storied history.

UF also has 4 ALC-C's and 1 Big East Lacrosse Championship bringing their total to 229. UF has also won a combined 48 SEC Tournament Championships.
UF has also won 35 'Team' National Championships and 275 'Individual' National Championships.

Among the Lady Gator's sports:
Gator Gymnastics is riding a 3-Peat as NC's, 2013-14-15.
Gator Softball is riding a Re-Peat as NC's, 2014-15.
#8 UF Lacrosse knocked off #2 NC moving the Gators to #3 in the National rankings.
They have started 3-0, while knocking off 2 Top 15 teams (13-Loyola & 2-NC) plus Mich. to begin the 2016 season. #2 North Carolina was the 2015 National Runner-up. Next up, at home vs the Wales National Team.
While IMO, FSU is still abusing any female that they can get their filthy hands on.

Oh BTW - The last time that UF did-not finish in the Top 10 for the National All Sports Award (1982-83) was 32 years ago. That is the Nations longest Top 10 Finish Streak (32 years).

The SEC instituted a conference All Sports Award for Men's sports in 1973.
They followed that up with a Women's All Sports Award in 1983, as well as a (Men's + Women's) Combined Award.
In the 39 year history of the awards: Men - 16 Trophies, Women - 19 Trophies, and they have won 25 Combined Awards in the last 27 years. The Gators are the only SEC sports program to earn all 3 SEC All-Sports trophies in a single year, and they have swept all 3 trophies 12 times, including every year since 2006-07.

The only reason I read this thread is out of curiosity....DannyGator (like most football fans in the South, despite what MJ says) would not bend down to pick up a free ticket to an Olympic sport...or baseball...or basketball for that matter. 3. UF olympic sports programs as a whole and baseball are better than FSU's

Point1: Despite those hardly disputable facts...Very few care about the above as witnessed by poor attendance of the aforementioned sports (i.e UF fighting for an NCAA birth...against a Conference foe...with a lot on the line, play before a crowd in which 25% of the area was filled with empty blue seats...or, ranking behind all of baseball rivals in attendance).

What do you UF fans care about? Overwhelming football. A sport which FSU dominates right now and based on the based 3 years recruiting is not likely to change...in fact, the gap is only likely to get wider. Most of the fans who attend a UF football game have never bothered to attend another sport and even if they did, would happily let those sports go extinct if it meant guaranteed football championships.

Not fact. When Florida was winning football NCs in 2006 and 2008, we also cheered about Basketball and other sports.

Why do Florida fans cheer about all sports? Because we can.
