Football Clemson Hired Penn State's DC

On paper, Tom Allen seems like a really good hire for them. Penn State had a top 10 defense this year and Allen has some head coaching experience at Indiana. I'm thinking he left Penn State because Abdul Carter is going pro so it'll be harder to keep a top 10 defense there next season.
