I don't think it really matters if people are or are not born gay. What if some are while others make a choice?

This will hurt feels on here but homosexuality is a sin...whether a person is born that way or chooses to live that way.

If a person is born predisposed to hate and murder, to steal, to have sex with children, or even simply to covet...does that make their behavior less sinful? Obviously no, it does not.

My job is to love the sinner and that's convenient...because I'm one myself.

FTR...loving the gay person and the covet-er is much easier for me than the others. I haven't mastered those yet.

To be honest, I think dems are simply predisposed to rejecting anyone that tells them what rules they should follow. They are great at telling others to follow rules, but don't want to be held accountable to those same rules. I honestly think that's why most dems tend to reject the Bible at almost every turn. They don't like being told what to do, they think that's their job.

I don't think it's a sin to be mentally ill.

I don't think it's a sin to be mentally ill.

So a person who is mentally ill, who rapes and murders, or one who merely covets, they aren't committing sin? Interesting debate. I would think consciousness would play a role.

I can define what I believe to be sinful behavior but fortunately I don't have to decide the fate of sinners. Also, if nothing else, I've committed the sin of adultery so I have my own cross to bear.
