Breaking; Florida AG refers Doomberg to the FBI for criminal investigation

All Dim-Moe-Rats have a strong affinity with criminals, most being criminals themselves.
Corrupt Joe & Cocaine Hunter agree completely with Jimblow on felony forgiveness and acceptance.

Arkancide Hillbillery would give Jimblow a front row seat at any of her engagements as a speaker.

Felons must pay both fines and restitution to the victims as the very minimum

And for me, that would only happen after they had served 75% of their original sentence.
Caveat would be, that if they were ever convicted of another felony, that they would serve their entire sentence this time, with the prior vacated 25% added on, and never be accorded any benefits at all in the future.

PS
What Mini-Mike did was a 3rd class felony in Florida.
I'd love to see him spend time in jail and lose his voting privileges permanently.

What, someone upset because a Dem. thought of this first? This whole thing stinks When I voted for these people to get their voting rights restored, I don't remember the stipulation that the different fines etc., had to be paid.........jim
They should only get it restored when they paid their bills. Simple. Democrats shouldn’t foot the bill to buy votes.

gator, just wondering my friend. Do you not believe in 2nd chances.?? That is why I voted to restore. Really did not appear to be such a big thing at the time, or now for that matter.........jim
Somebody already pointed out most of these people are giving second chances before they’re finally charged with a felony. And I am all for second chances if they earn it themselves, but I’m not for second chances if Mike Bloomberg pays for it. And then tells them how to vote. Let’s not confabulate the issue.

My last comment. The vote on this subject was way before Bloomberg. My vote is my vote. I make no excuses for it..............jim

This thread isn't about whether or not felons should be able to vote. It's about a dem being referred for criminal investigation.

Get ready to hear that a lot in the near future.

What does it have to do with the issue at hand? So you’re OK with somebody coming into Florida paying for peoples votes because that’s basically what it is.

gator, don't start your crap again. read the whole thread and see where I said paying fines so someone could vote a certain way is on there. Once and for all, Paying for votes is NOT ok. But, how I vote is my business, or it was the last time I checked............jim

A layoff the condescending talk buddy. I’ve treated you in a respectful manner in this thread. I have read the entire thread. It is a simple question. Are you OK with an outside source coming in to Florida and paying the fines of people so that they will vote for the person they want them to vote for yes or no? Because it sounds an awful lot like buying votes to me. We can answer that question or are you just gonna keep avoiding it?

I believe in second chances for sure. The reality of all this, most convicted felons (the vast majority) have already had 2nd, 3rd, 4th chances prior to their felony convictions. That's the nature of jurisprudence.

I'm sorry about the difficulties that your son has had. If that's the extent of his felony issues I can certainly support him earning his right to vote back over time if all hurdles are crossed...but not until.

I had a steroid case that morphed into much, much more. The entire thing was just awful. An otherwise very good man threw everything away and now he's sitting in state prison.
