This is called moving the goal posts. He was the #1 pick. "Not sucking" is not quite the return on investment the Bucs were looking for.

But it is very early in his career. So this IS a step in the right direction.

Winston was a big part in the Bucs win this week. And I agree, this IS a step in the right direction This IS what the Bucs are looking for in their investment.
