@sadgator and @Nolec should be required to wear a shirt with a red M on it to identify them as morons.

And take that damn mask off you fools, the data now proves you're literally killing yourself by wearing it.

It amuses me that you guys put a causal effect on such crap data. How about this, because there’s more infection in those areas where they have mask mandates they have more cases of Covid and that’s why they’re pushing for more mask mandates.

You guys crack me up if you’re pseudoscience sometimes.

That said if you followed me through the year you know I’m not the biggest proponent of mask anyway.

I don't think for a minute they make you safe. Let's say you are in the zoo and walk by the giraffe cage, and it snots on you. That's the extent on what they are good for, we should mask all the giraffes. People in zoos (cities)are more likely to snot on other people. But great savior? Not a chance.

I was on an airplane Saturday, had to wear a mask, could still smell the fart that someone ripped.

I’m not sure if it adds to this convo but the least these masks can do is filter a fart 😂😂😂

I'll be honest, I don't think the data is saying mask mandates are bad as much as it is saying LOCKDOWNS are bad.

First, the data is from May on. So that's over half a year of data. So with time frame, it proves the data is more about the tactics used.

What do these places that are the most militant about their mask mandates have in common?

Run by dems.

States with higher populations.

More strict safer at home orders.

Keeping people locked in their homes is the WORST thing you can do with a highly contagious virus like covid. Because one person in the house gets sick, and everyone there gets the same germs and they just pass them back and forth to each other.

That's why 66% of the cases in NYC have come from people that were self-isolating at home.

This isn't just science, it's simple common sense.

The most effective way to fight covid is to get outside in the sunshine and breathe fresh air. Vitamin D is a wonderful disinfectant.

Gee....if only we had a President that tried to tell us this in March.....think of how many lives and businesses could have been saved if we had just listened to Trump.

Ah well.

I’ve seen some interesting data that would make me think it might lower the viral load if you get it and might help you from spreading it to somebody else. I think it’s such a minor inconvenience that I wear one. If it keeps them from trying to shut the world down just wear the stupid mask. That’s my thought

Mask mandates do nothing to you. There are minor inconvenience. Shutting the country down as one of the dumbest things I’ve ever done past the first 2 to 3 weeks back in March.
