KY found ways to win while giving up 3+ turnovers against lesser competition. Championship teams overcome.

That bitch fest he threw over a couple very legitimate calls absolutely affected the officiating even if it was subconscious. They won though, when the officials are bad you have to overcome it because it’s going to happen from time to time. Will see them next year and gators will start a new streak
SEC officiating was so bad-corrupt-incompetent (take your choice) way back in the 1980's that I was advocating that UF leave the SEC over it. 😡

Gary has gotten truly awful. I'm not sure if it was the fact the Verne was senile and it covered up much of Gary's terribleness or what.
Brad Nessler is a great commentator and it's unfortunate, considering his age, that he's stuck with this last assignment with a guy that is cringeworthy.

No doubt that the victory starved Kentucky fans played
a significant role in the Gator loss. Given that UF plays in many venues
where the roar of the crowd reaches ear-splitting decibels, one would
have thought that the Gators would have run their weekly get-ready
practices with this aspect in mind. It's all part of the game, and a

Yep, a so-so Gator team that only beat FAU and USF by 3 TD's each. In a good Gator season, those 2 would be 'name your score' prohibitive games.
Once at home in 35 years is certainly cause for a kensucky fan celebration,,, that cost UK's athletic Dept. $250,000 btw. I've got no problem with that outcome. Most Gator fans knew that it would eventually have to happen, just like I knew that the 31 year consecutive UF win streak would eventually end. I'm actually surprised that those streaks lasted as long as they did.
Anyway, streaks are not important to ME. The Gators weren't likely to make the CFP this season anyway, and a Bowl is certainly still in the cards, so we move on. NBD
If the Gators can beat kensucky in B-Ball, then it's reasonable that occasionally kensucky is going to get a win over the Gators in football. Guano Occurs...
When kensucky wins the SECe, then the SEC-C, and then a CFP for a NC,,,, then I'll begin to worry and take them into account at the start of a football season.... Until then, they will remain just another team to beat on the annual SEC football schedule.

I think I will worry a little if after this season we are 1-4 in our last 5 games against Georgia especially considering they have been 11-1 in three of the last 4 seasons pre-SECCG. With the recruits Smart is getting it will be rare for them to lose to any SEC East team besides Florida.

To those of you who congratulated UK on the win. Class acts! To those of you who want to make excuses and belittle the victory well.......UK fans have endured the beatings for 36 years! My misery began with Weurfel to Doering for the last second win and continued until UK beat you in the swamp. That is a long, long time! You've endured 6.5 days of it! (It must be very difficult) We've endured 13,141 days of it for a difference of.......13,133 and one half day more. Be gracious in defeat. It doesn't come nearly as often for you as it does for most! Of course we stormed the field. FLA had #10 next to their name. UK has beaten ranked teams in 3 bowl games in a row only to come into the next season unranked! UK has been steadily getting better for 9 years. You should welcome the competition. That's what college football is about! Not Alabama blowin' the doors off everyone over and over and over and over.....boring!!!! So damn sick of Alabama & Clempson it's nauseating!!

I don 't know of anyone on here belittling UK. However, it's not wrong for us to think we aren't as good a team as we previously thought we were, because of the loss.

FSU would be a great move. They aren't too far from their last natty. Plus the talent pool in Florida is off the charts. Personally I would not want to see him there. He could win a natty there. Can't win one at Kentucky
meh, no offense, but there IS a cap for success at Kentucky.
FSU has plenty of problems, but with the way the ACC is, and the talent pool FSU can pull from, I could see Stoops taking the job if it were offered to him.
maybe he loves Lexington and maybe the FSU job is a dumpster fire of late, but I just can't imagine Stoops sticking around for much longer there.
At kensucky remains to be seen, but agree it's a lot more difficult at UK than it would be at FSUcks.
