1. Can redshirt freshman Will Grier take advantage of starting this game and create some separation in the quarterback battle?
I think this is a tough task for the young fella and I suspect he will not distance himself from Treon in his first road SEC start
2. With Kelvin Taylor's demotion on the depth chart, how does the running back rotation shake out? And how does the trio of tailbacks perform against the Wildcats defense?
Increased emphasis on the run game this week on the road means Taylor and the Jordans will get plenty of carries. Let's hope our O-Line shows up and gets movement.
3. Will the tight ends continue to play an integral role in the offense, especially now with McElwain hinting Thursday that redshirt freshman tight end C'yontai Lewis (hand) would miss the Kentucky contest?
Goolsby appears to be a matchup issue in the seam, on the wheel, and in the flat. McGee has to produce at some point, right?!!
4. With Vernon Hargreaves III (leg) and Keanu Neal (hamstring) slated to return this weekend, can Florida's secondary bounce back in a significant way in Lexington?
Big time! Expect better angles/tackling from the safety position and Tabor is the (next) guy at DBU!
5. Can Florida do a better job of avoiding penalties this weekend than it did at home versus East Carolina?
I hope so...
6. Will the offensive line play a better game against better competition this weekend?
I really don't think so. After re-watching last week's game again, it was embarrassing how many times Dillard and Thurman got beat. 'Tuck has much better DL than ECU, so expect some frustration.
7. Can Florida's front seven generate more pass rush and continue to have success shutting down the run?
SEC season is a new season! Expect exotic looks and a lot of pressure. DB's will make it tough for Towles to stay clean all game.
8. Will any wide receivers outside of Demarcus Robinson make a significant impact for Florida against Kentucky?
Call me crazy but I think Fulwood is trending upward - I expect 4-5 receptions.
9. Will the Gators tighten up their positional rotations some more this weekend now heading into SEC play?
Above the line, below the line - it doesn't matter. This is big boy football and rotations will scale back.
10. Will the Gators win their 29th consecutive game against the Wildcats this weekend? Or will Kentucky break the trend and finally get a win over Florida?
Somehow someway...29 in a row!!! Go Gators!!
