    Georgia should forfeit their next few SEC West games because the two best SEC teams are in the West, no argument whatsoever. Why take their spots in a potential playoff. Sorry, Georgia, you guys stink almost as bad as our Florida team, even with all those 5 star players.

    Nobody wanted to play or him until he proved himself. Florida wasn't a brand when he took it over.

    I'm on Swampgas because of the recruiting and 24/7 for most everything else. But I won't pay to post, which leaves this place. I usually get banned because I call out weak coaches before other fans realize they are weak.

    Agreed, but Spurrier would not have accepted sub par recruits like Mullen is happy with. Mullen talks about a Gator standard that Spurrier installed, but Mullen hasn't lived up to it as a head coach because it would admit he can't recruit up to that standard.

    Saban would have been successful at Florida just like he was at LSU, though, because he knew how critical recruiting was. Mullen hasn't admitted that and has lost because of it. He had Urban Meyer bringing in players for him. As a head coach, he's been lackluster. And that won't cut in the SEC,

    I agree with that. I always said Mullen was mediocre or better but not elite. But only elite recruiters matter imo. Mullen isn't an elite recruiter and he doesn't think it's necessary to be an elite recruiter, or he won't admit it. That's a problem.

    I'm asking for Dan Mullen and his apologists who don't think they're necessary. I mean he's such a great coach he can out-coach anyone and doesn't need those players, right? His success at Miss State is proof of that. Not one division title but someone he's an offensive guru, right?
