Why can't Georgia win a national championship?

Is it because they suck too much?

Are they cursed?

Is it just part of their DNA to not win national championships?

Reminds me of an old joke:

Question: How does the average Georgia fan celebrate a national championship?

Answer: only a senior citizen can answer that question

UGA is just a regional program. They just don’t have what it takes to win a national title. Even when they have good teams they just trip over themselves. It’s just what UGA does. GT even has a ship more recently. That says it all

Auburn was. Again, you don't get a gold star for cheating. Auburn fans like you have never understood this.
 
If you want to know how much bammer has paid out,' take the price of a Dodge Charger multiple by 85 and then multiple that answer by twelve. The last two digits are the number of players on bammers team and the number of years shorty has been at bammer.

Pretty sure it adds up to a lot more than 180k

It has been 39 years since we won a NC. Now we got Kirby, this year is only his 4th year as a HC, not just 4th year at UGA but 4th year as a HC period. Through he and his staffs recruiting they have built a monster here. His first full recruiting class will be Jrs and RS-soph this year I'm making no excuses for the past, our last 3 HCs didn't get it done. Kirby has made mistakes, all young coaches do, heck all coaches do. I'm confident we'll win it all with Kirby as HC and do it before UF wins one with Mullen as HC. We're beating you in recrutting and will continue to beat you on the field, just like the last two years, as long as Kirby is in charge. UF has had out number over the last 30 years, now it's our turn to dominate. Oh, and if I recall correctly, you're on your 3rd coach since winning it all. Hope he works as well for you as Richt did for us.

Yep no excuse for him this season now that his talent is basically as deep as Bama's. A loss to Bama this season will mean he was out coached and a loss to Florida would be even worse for him considering the rosters this season.

2016 - #9 - 21 - Sr or rsJr - and that's a full class, just not a full years recruiting.
Quality of 2016? - 21 -- 3 - 10 - 7 - 1 -- 3.71, sorry, but that's a FULL class...
2017 #3 - 26 - Jr or rsSo
2018 - #1. 26 - So or rsFr -- Went 11-3 and finished ranked t7-8, going down-hill...
2019 - #1. 24 - Fr

At the start of the 2019 season, 4th&Dumb will have recruited 91 ship players to UGly.
The 2016 class of 21 recruits will be Sr's or rsJr's.
The entire freakin' team, minus a possible few rsSr's are his recruits.

UGly - ZERO NC's in the last 37 years.
UF - 3 NC's in the last 22 years. o_O

7 years for 2 coaches, UF doesn't keep the losers like UGly does... :cool:

Yep we are the ones who blew the off sides on the punt block, we are also the ones who didn't call motion on the Bama receiver when he caught the tying TD on 4th down.

But what we didn't blow was kicking the he'll out of UF and a Dan Mullen coached team. Too bad we can't play one of those in a championship game.

You should probably check out who's recruiting NATIONALLY better. Florida can't even recruit their own state LMAO

Recruiting?? Do you get a national title trophy for that? You should know? UGA is one of the most underachieving programs in all of college football. Tons of talent but mediocre results.1 title in 40 years?? Congrats

Georgia underachieves in more than football. Their mens basketball program underachieves more than football

Georgia only has one regular season SEC championship in men's basketball. Ole Miss is the only original member of the SEC that has fewer regular season championships with zero.

It is comical that mutt fans think they should recruit on the same level as bama because their accomplishments aren't in the same galaxy

Whistling past the SWAMP is a long standing tradition of Gator rivals,,, NBD... :cool:

Florida HS's produce over 100 D-1 prospects yearly. Is UF supposed to get every single one of them??? :rolleyes:

As to the quality of the recruits that UF does get, the outsider's stars matter little imo.

JMOHO's but what Dan needs to continue to do is to fill any position holes on his roster with quality coach-able players that can stay out of trouble and academically eligible at UF. With just a couple of exceptions, Dan seems to be doing exactly that.

Here's just one example of Dan's OoS recruiting efforts.

As far as inbreeding, my family tree is as diverse as they come, with zero inbreeding. I'm sure your daughter/wife wouldn't appreciate you talking about inbreeding. Correct. The state of Georgia is loaded with basketball talent. Not sure why UGAs basketball program is complete garbage

Imagine getting out coached by South Alabama, not even an average SEC coach can pull that off. Then MSU Lite goes and hires that coach, oh how the mighty have fallen
