From reading a lot of different reports, including from other sites, it seems the offense did pretty well which is great news from that perspective. It’s also being reported that it was mostly Lags and backups playing so my question…is it good that backup Aqaba were able to move the offense against our defense or is it worrisome?
I love the talent Lags bring but it’s also being reported that he’s a ways behind Mertz which should be expected. I guess I was hoping the defense would shut them down more as we need a top tier D this year for us to be competitive. What’s your thoughts on the scrimmage notes?
