Go to the FBI's crime stats site for murders and you will see. Hispanics are categorized as Caucasian and then there is a separate section for ethnicity. You have to do your own math for weighted averages of the total population, but just eyeballing it tells the story. This is the most recent I could find.

Here is one problem. Check the graph, starts in the 50's and ends up today. It's a little hard to read but not hard to see where this came from and where it's going. Being lenient on letting crazy people out on the streets has led us to where we are today. Now they are either out on the streets or in jail. Jail is preferred because we know who is doing the killings.

However, we did shut these facilities down without a great plan in place. We just kind of opened the door and let them out to live with the rest of us. I think that we have over perscribed anti depression and anti anxiety pills...by a lot. These pills affect the state of mind for those who take them, and for me, its not entirely clear that its helpful. In fact, I think it has been disasterous for many people. We now have multiple genrations of kids who have been taking narcotic scipts their ENTIRE life. I question the wisdom in that for sure. We havent had scores of mentally ill living in tents and occupying public spaces the way e do now. Its getting worse...not to mention what the screens are doing to the minds of children

"In the good ole days" the psych wards used the mental institution patients as lab rats. Not good, but better than using children and other deranged souls as their lab rats in the streets on all kinds of psyche meds.
