You have no clue what you're talking about. The PA state legislature didn't pass the changes to mail in voting, the ability to count ballots three days after, signature verification and the use of drop boxes were all done by the gov and the SOS. Those issues did not pass the state legislature. HOWEVER, the existence of mail in voting did pass the SL the previous year.
Secondly, I provided video evidence of how people were being exploited and were traveling on busses voting multiple times. I conceded that not every bussing operation runs that way, but like universal mail in voting and using drop boxes it makes elections less secure and it needs to be stopped. There are better, more secure options to help people get access to vote.
You provided no evidence, just your racist view that POC can't be asked to get to the polls without someone bussing them there. POC couldn't possibly figure out how to get online and request an absentee ballot. POC can only vote on Sundays and must be allowed to go right after Church. You're the one who has low expectations and can provide zero evidence to prove that any of these restrictions hurt minority turnout...on the contrary minority turnout has been increasing for over 20 years.
