Keep your chin up rjm. I'm as die hard as they get, gator sports being my biggest hobby by far, and typically a glass half empty guy in many things in life, but try to stay a glass half full guy in recruiting. No use letting it make us miserable. We have a new AD who will not let things go south without making a change, should it be warranted......this shit is like stock markets and weather, FSU and Bama both were right were we are right now during most of the last decade. What changed that? A new coach, so this year is absolutely telling for Mac and his staff. One of these quarterbacks have to show out for us, or they will be on notice.....
Good post Stevie, solid in all points. Oneof these QB's showing out is do or die for Mac and his staff this year, as our OL should be solid, defense should be solid enough again for us to compete for the conference......it is all about the QB play. I would try to work Toney in the equation to run the wildcat right away, not Perrine or one of the other backs, as the threat to throw makes it much more efficient.

I have a funny feeling we won't be landing Chaisson, just call it a hunch.
Usually Sunday is when visitors spend the morning at Mac's house. Chaisson doesnt seem like he was there for that. Left very early this Am.
Have heard he's been considered a silent to Texas. LSU seems like biggest threat

Both taking their first ever visits to UF. I'm sure they are gonna really like it. Won't know more until their visits wrap up

Since the board is full of opinions, and will be until all the faxes are in, I am going to predict that we only end up with 19 to 21 in this class. Every time I get my hopes up with the kids we had in here this weekend, they get dashed by comments that there are other schools in their plans. I just wish that kids who had no thought whatsoever of joining our class, would stay away on this last week end. If we end up with the Gaddy boys they may or may not qualify for this years class, or any other class for that matter. Some say this might be the worst recruiting class in many years and it is being panned by some of the big sites who indicate they don't understand why we are having so much trouble. I know that it is what it is but I for one don't have to like it and I don't.
Look at where we were two months ago, one O lineman and no D linemen at all. Even though Herbert and Henderson have flipped and I never believed Blades would come here to begin with, we have recruited to take care of a glaring issue and that is big guys up front. We have also sprinkled in some nice pieces around that and I always loved Stewart above Henderson or Blades. If we capture 5-7 more players I will be happy. As I have said also we have playmakers all over the field in house already, just need the QB to deliver, the trenches is where we need help and LB. Wilson, Stewart, Davis, Davis at RB, Green at WR all nice pickup's, relax dude.

Well, I am not 100% positive but the "news" that was supposed to come out today I think was about the Gaddy's. They have left and have tweeted that they will announce on signing day. They were allegedly going to pop today but that did not happen, yet. If I get any info I will definitely bring it here.
Would rather them wait til Signing Day. Want DT to look wide open for Slaton, Conlifee, Wyatt, Young
chinchey, no doubt what you say is true. My point is about how small our signing class could end up. We did get some good recruits in position of need but we could use some more. Don't want to hold my breath, 'cause I wouldn't last 60 seconds. We will see what we shall see come Wed.

Not so sure of the actual number, I believe it was 25. However, I do not personally believe that from a viewpoint of numbers we have any worries about being over suscribed.
