These reflect the fact that when you first became president, due to lack of experience, he had no idea what he was getting into and how deep the state was. Thankfully, Trump‘s a smart dude, he’s figured it out, and now he’s taking a proverbial wrecking ball to DC. And he cannot do enough wrecking for my taste. We’ve got to get the government to work for us again and not the other way around.

Trump told Rush that he felt that once the democrats saw that he wanted to rebuild and restore America and wanted what was best for the United States, he said once dems realized that, that they would get on board and support his policies.
Rush stopped and said 'Mr. President, with all due respect, that's never going to happen."
Trump early on made the same mistake I made, that many of us here made: He assumed that when push came to shove, we ALL would put what's best for America ahead of what's best for our politics.
Now he knows that democrats will never do that. We all do.

Frankly, I seriously doubt that Trump worries about the Constitution when he is drafting his ex. orders. He acts like he can do no wrong. My hope is that in the next mid term elections the American people have "grown a pair" and dump a large quantity of Pubs. who are afraid to make waves when facing the man. Just me,?.
