I am afraid this is the wrong fight. A distraction while the thief escapes.

Tom Fitton is right, anything after election day is void but I doubt SCOTUS would rule on that narrow but proper interpretation. 12:00 am put the pencils down and back away from the table the counting is done and you get what you have.

One can also audit these glitches and I feel that it is a distraction also but valid if the glitches are a feature and not a bug

However counting non-absentee mail-in ballots is where the problem lies. Not observing the counting of those illegal ballots and treating them as legit is the trap. The only legal mail-in ballot is one requested by a verified voter. All other need to be tossed and not counted no matter how close a Pub is to the article of malfeasance. This is where the fight needs to be and the one and probably only place where Trump can win the election that dems have so far stolen.

Allowing unsolicited ballots to stand is the theft, the cheat and the fraud.
