The Constitution protects us FROM the gubment. You libbies LOVE the gubment to control your lives...while we want them OUT of our lives. (federal) I do not want to live under socialist rule like California, NY and other failed blue states. Look at what has happened in FREE Florida...many Americans left the chithole blue cities because of mandates, high crime, high taxes...and moved to FREE Florida. One size does NOT fit all. There are still REAL Americans out there that understand our Constitution, and the difference between a democracy and a Constitutional Republic. I hope you google it today to get a better understanding.
Because we have hundreds of state representatives, and 100 senators that represent us to do the work of the federal gubment. Many times in our history gubment has overstepped their authority(Rvs W a good example) Sometimes they need to get slapped back into rerality...like the reversal of RvsW.

Open carry of firearms in Florida is illegal in public places, and you cannot open carry your gun even if you have a permit, except if you are a law officer or a member of the military.
However, you can open carry for activities like hunting, camping, fishing, range shooting, live fire, shooting competitions, etc.
And I'd rather carry concealed anyway. Don't want the bad guys to know, so they never know who might shoot them if necessary under Free Florida's Castle & Stand Your Ground laws.

The last time that a citizen of the united States owed a Federal income tax on their earned wages was during WWII, the Victory War Tax. The Victory War Tax was rescinded by Congress after the end of WWII.
Feel free to go to the 'Federal Registry' (it's available in most large public libraries) and quote me the number of the LAW that requires a citizen of the Republic of Florida to pay a Federal Income Tax on their 'earned wages.'
And oh BTW, EARNED WAGES under the law, are not the same thing as INCOME.
Also, don't quote me IRS Codes, as they are not LAWS, and they must have an ENABLING LAW before they apply to Republic of Florida citizens.
Under the Constitution, Federal Taxes are only allowed under Apportionment, NOT A GRADEUATED INCOME TAX.

For the same reason that states have different laws regarding the death penalty. For the same reason that Illinois and other states now considering end of life options which will undoubtedly have different rules in different states. People in these states are still voting for these things as they are doing with abortion.

The Constitution does not grant the states or the people any rights.
The God given inalienable rights belong to the American Citizens.
The Constitution was written to limit what the Federal Govt could do and not do.
It lists what the Feds are in charge of.
Everything not given to the Feds in the Constitution remains with the states or the people.
Through ignorance and/or inattention, the Feds have long been encroaching on the unalienable rights of the sovereign people, and that needs to end, with everything not given to them in the Constitution returning to the 50 states and the people.
Abortion was just the beginning of that process.
Education should be the next, with the dismantling of the un-Constitutional Federal Dept. of Education.
And there's a long list of other things that need to return to the states/people.
A major downsizing the Federal Government should be a priority of the sovereign citizens, and of those they elected to represent them.
