Trump makes a rare mistake

You could be right. If Sessions had played his role as Attorney General, we never would have gone through the Mueller hoax.

Can you picture Eric or what's her name ever recusing themselves?

Had Mueller had a gram of character, he never would have accepted the lead in Coup Attempt I. Or at least he would have quickly wrapped it up as soon as Hillary's fake dossier came to light. Of course the leftover Obama stooge Sessions paved the way for would have found someone to lead the coup attempt.

Sessions is establishment. He made a mistake recusing himself, but he also did insanely good work on securing the Southern border and in prosecuting human traffickers.

And Sessions started Durham's investigation in Oct of 2017.

But that's Trump, he feels Sessions didn't do his job, so he's under the bus. The issue is, Sessions is the 2nd most popular politician among Alabama voters to Trump. And Sessions is campaigning on how he fully supports Trump.

And Tuberville is an idiot. The only people who would have voted for him were idiot barners who would vote for Bo Jackson if he was running against Trump. But now that Trump has endorsed him, that's gonna take a chunk of votes away from Sessions, but it's also gonna take a sliver of votes away from Trump from the people who were already on the fence about Trump.

Bad move, but it is what it is.

Doing what's correct is never wrong imoho.

Sessions needs to be gone, due to his own actions and his in-actions.

This is the price he pays for being a back-stabbing Rat and a Rino....o_O

Now he can go hang out with the other Rino Rats like Romney.
I agree, he has aged himself out of a job by recusals and refusals.

Bama had Wallace as their Governor so I can't see a scenario where he doesn't keep Alabama support (besides B-ham) as long as he doesn't endorse this keep America closed mentality.

Eric “ the Red “ who called himself Lamumbas wing man and the midget Loretta “ Tarmac “ Lynch would have never recused themselves.

Sessions was adorable AG and sold out Trump. He should have stayed a Senator where he did a excellent job on immigration.

In the perfect world AGs are not supposed to be political. In reality they are, have been for decades and since its an appointed position will continue to be.

Hindsight is 20/20. Trump should have fired Sessions the day he recused himself and found an AG that would have been able to have his back. No Mueller, no hoax, no drip drip towards impeachment. DS had already committed a lot of its crime so imagine no 3 year Russian hoax but 3 years to get Obama, Biden, Lynch, Holder and others in the dock. How much further could AG Barr be in exposing the Epstien mess? There would be no Flynn and no Manifort, and no Stone issues. With dems on the defensive cowering under rocks there is no Ukraine hoax. In fact most of the turmoil of the past 3.5 years is a result of democrats run wild with the constant investigations of Trump and the chaos it continues to create.

Maybe with a Trump admin on the march and dems /Rinos on the retreat we would have a completed border wall, Roberts on the reservation and no BLM/antifa because in general the acrimony just would not be there to give cover to the rioting.

Since the kkk was founded in Tennessee, I wouldn't.
Every hate group was founded somewhere, Sir. Black Panthers were founded in Oakland California, but I don't think all AA in California are racists. Putnam County in Tennessee is the place where NBF created the tri-K, that's a far stretch from my Beech Bluff residence. Furthermore, UT was the first SEC school to play an AA at QB, and hired the first AA HC in BB.

Kramer helped create the BCS which evolved into the current playoff scheme. He expanded the SEC and created the SECCG which is sometime the actual NC game LOL.

Nah we know why an Alabama FB fan doesnt like Kramer. Best thank God every night he was not SEC commish between 2007-2009 and that Nick Sabans old boss at LSU is prez of the NCAA.

But yeah Wallace and the KKK are failings on the part of both states.

As for Tubby or Sessions...I dont care as long as the seat goes back to the pubs and is a reliable vote. Its the reliable vote that I care about not that Tubbs was the coach at the Barn or that Sessions was a absolute failure at AG because he was a weak coward.

I know. Southerners ragging on each other about the racist dems in their past is one of the dumbest arguments we can have here.

Ragging on Northern dems for their current racists is much more topical, and satisfying.

This Bama fan doesn't like him cause he worked with the NCAA to get his Vols a sweetheart deal and a Get Out of Jail Free card for the wholesale cheating fulmer and certain Memphis boosters were engaging in in the late 90s and early 00s.

Session's was a terrible appointment by PDT. His record at AL wasn't anything great and he was too old, IMO.

An Alabama fan complaining about cheating is like Satan complaining about rebellious demons not taking his orders.

The sweetheart deal was an Alabama program on probation caught up in the Bookgate scandal being allowed to play in its first NC game under Nick Saban. It took them 2 years to extend the probation for violations that occurred under probation. Coincidence that investigation and punishment came right after probation ended and that the slap on the wrist was uhm a little more probation? Now we know that usually if you violate probation you get punished not a trip to the NC. Imagine istead that you got reduced scholllies for 3 years and post season bans. Saban would have left and your NCs would have never happened. So say a prayer every night.

Every college team breaks the rules but Alabama is the NC at breaking rules. We know how you guys like to claim being number 1 at recruiting and FB and history etc. Just pick up this well deserved championship. Print up the cert and display it at all the bammer Walmarts.

:)

I knew Logan Young (Bama booster) and Roy Adams (UT booster) when I played for Memphis State. They were big rivals but really good friends behind the scenes. I attended many cookouts at both residences in the early '80s.

Do you know Lou Katzerman. He was big buds with Roy and appeared on Fineaum when Roy died to talk about him.

Rumor was that Roy pushed Logan down the stairs.

I imagine that they looked like this when together

I didn't complain about cheating, I complained about Roy Kramer working with the NCAA to help nail Bama for cheating and getting Tennessee off on its cheating at the same time.

I was very specific in what I claimed. Bama cheated and deserved to be busted, I've always said so. Otherwise we'd be no better than Tennessee under fulmer.

I've heard that as well. I think they had a gentleman's/cheater agreement that Roy and a couple others could have Memphis, and Logan broke that agreement and started cheating in Memphis too.

Yeah, that's kinda the campfire talk in that neck of the woods.

LOL funny you got a case full of trophies and still have the red @ss over Fulmer, Kramer et al.

Lou is a FB friend. If you are on FB and you choose to you can PM me and send me a FB request. I am Rex Richard on FB. If there is more than one , mine is the one with King Richard as the pic. I think posting as Davy Crockett on FB was not allowed

Two thoughts:

1 - Even I underestimated how popular Trump is. I thought Sessions would win by about 10 points. Looks like Tubby won easily. Very strong sign of how much clout Trump has. Sessions was up solidly in the polls untill Trump's endorsement of wingnut.

2 - Tuberville is pretty much the same as Doug Jones. So the dems will effectively still hold that senate seat.

So who was worse, Jeff "I recuse myself" Sessions or Sally Yates? Just one of Trumps f*cK ups when it came to appointing people to his Cabinet. Sessions never had any balls to begin with.
Good point...Trump is a businessman and he simply looks at his administrative team like a sales-team. If you are below par you are terminated. I like his approach better than Obama's plan to hang on to incompetence because you appointed them. Obama with Trump's production mindset would have replaced his whole cabinet within 6 months of being elected.

Thanks, I do not live where Bill is broadcasted nor do I have Sat-Radio.
You can listen via the WNSR website or through SoundCloud via streaming. They archive every show. If you are a college football fan, sadgator can’t recommend it enough as a “must listen” broadcast. There is SO much good info you get. Plus Bill King is ultra conservative...ya’ll would love his political lean...

IIRC correctly, Bill King and Bubba Miller had their show axed a few years ago when they made the mistake of criticizing Phat Fulmer.

Reminds me of a story Finebaum told, said he was playing golf with a fellow reporter years ago and the guy had this hideous orange leather golf bag with a huge T on it like the UT staff used.

Finebaum: "How the hell did you get that???"

Buddy: "By writing good things about Tennessee!"
