"The media will need a distraction."
I think the timing is simply about giving the media something to cover other than the story about Hiden being given a $5 Million bribe. This will happen every time the dems need a distraction from their own criminal activities.Trump must really scare the hell out of the Deep State
this is just the next in line of the libs trying their damndest to keep him out of the race
this will come up empty as well
It’s easy slob wants to be the first in everything! Think son ThinkBTW the funniest part: Trump was the source of this story. Not the media.
Same thing happened when the FBI raided his home.
@gatorspeed why would a guilty man tell the world he was arrested and indicted?
Think son, think!
I’d say your boy is in deepppppo doodooBTW the funniest part: Trump was the source of this story. Not the media.

I enjoy when you have these moments of clarity. Both sides are totally FOS.
Both sides are totally FOS.
Far be it from me to praise Obama for anything, but Clinton was investigated for her malfeasance vis a vis her private server, even though after a thorough investigation they completely cocked it up.One thing I know for certain...prosecuting your political opponents in the lead up to an election sets a dangerous precedent which jeopardizes our republic.
I have a feeling that eventually the shoe will be on the other foot and those applauding will have a very different opinion.

The scales of justice should be fair, apolitical and irrespective of who you are.Short of actual espionage or some other capital crime, I'm not sure that it's a good idea to ever prosecute a leading candidate in the run up to an election.
Is that fair? No, I guess it isn't. Is it justice? Same answer I guess. But the alternative is pretty dire for the United States.
“A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear.”The scales of justice should be fair, apolitical and irrespective of who you are.
This country is in serious trouble,
Totally agree.

We could always turn them over to the UN.The potential for abuse is massive. Obviously.
Some things are more important than a prosecution for a lesser crime. The reality of jailing your political opponents is untenable in a representative republic.
I agree that giving a powerful person a pass because they're a serious candidate is imperfect and, idealistically, un-American but less so than the alternative.
The biggest problem is it's not a criminal act to mishandle classified documents. The potential for abuse is massive. Obviously.

The second biggest problem is Hillary, Pence and Biden all did the exact same thing, most to a much bigger degree.
And the Hillary email scandal was really an Obama document scandal...she was his direct report, it's impossible to consider they never communicated via email.
This could be a nasty turning point. I hope Trump doesn't fight fire with fire.
He turned the other cheek last time he was in office. The problem with precedents is...
Wait wait wait a minute.............. Was Clinton a President with carte blanch access to have classified documents in her possession? Did Trump smash phones, delete thousands of emails, burn documents, etc etc etc? Did Trump have any "intent that any reasonable prosectutor" could possibly bring charges? My thoughts are that Trump had classified documents with real dirt on political adversaries that the Justice department really cringed at him having. My feeling is that he should have not only declassified them but given them to Judicial Watch. Sometimes Trump is his own worst enemy.Far be it from me to praise Obama for anything, but Clinton was investigated for her malfeasance vis a vis her private server, even though after a thorough investigation they completely cocked it up.
Those were just emails about Yoga you conspiracy theorist.Wait wait wait a minute.............. Was Clinton a President with carte blanch access to have classified documents in her possession? I'll bet there were a few exchanged with Podesta about pizza too. 😂Those were just emails about Yoga you conspiracy theorist.

Democrats: The GOP doesn't want to govern, they just want to own the left".They do every time.
Obama is the key. He was President and knew and signed off on everything. It seems like they were protecting Hillary and now Biden, but in reality, its always been about protecting OBAMA.The biggest problem is it's not a criminal act to mishandle classified documents.

Man I don't know about that. One of these days, they're gonna get that tainted jury award of imprisonment for innocence.Trump must really scare the hell out of the Deep State

this will come up empty as well
They do every time.
Ghost's call for a national divorce may well be well on it's way. On another topic, the targeting of Trump is why I feel DeSantis decided to run this time instead of waiting. I'll still vote for Trump, but not if he is not on the GOP ballot.Man I don't know about that. One of these days, they're gonna get that tainted jury award of imprisonment for innocence.
I hate to break this to you, but Trump had every right to possess those documents. The charges they will attempt to bring will be for process charges, not possession of documents.Shimmy Shimmy Shimmy, from his mouth to your ears
