Now total yardage wise and points per game both on offense and defense were not a whole lot different than last season.

The biggest difference is situational coaching went from an F--- to an A-.
3rd and 4th down conversion is a lot better.
We can throw the football now
And our schedule is nowhere near as tough as it was last season. Let's be honest.

Still if you want to win championship you have to be a complete team.

We can play great defense most of the time and good defense the other times.

Our passing attack is good. Not great, but going from the worse in college football to pretty good in a single season is a pretty phenomenal transformation.

However, our rushing attack is awful. It is so bad. 127 rushing yards per game (#103 in the country). 3.5 yards per rush (#107 in the country).

Rush attempts per game is currently 36. That doesn't need to change.

If we can average 4.7 yards per carry (what 3-3 Tennessee is averaging) then we would go from 103 in the nation in rushing to the top 60.

That would make us far more consistent, far fewer 3 and outs, most likely more plays per game for us, less plays per game for our
opponents, and ultimately more points for us and less for our opponent.

So much work to do in the offseason with this OL. Also have to find depth at RB. Taylor can't do it by himself.

Sad part for Taylor is he is running for more yards then our blocked for. Our OL is just run blocking that badly.
