And here are the totals I come up with, from this source;

http://www.cfbstats.com/2015/leader/national/team/defense/split01/category10/sort01.html

Total Defense

FSU #10
Florida #11
Miami #31

Total Offense

Miami #36
FSU #57
Florida #78

I just used ESPN.com's stat page for the OP. Thanks for the SOS link, it wasn't on ESPN (that I could find). Of course, UF's SOS will continue to climb throughout the season as FSU and UM's drop (as we expected from the onset).

Miamis staff was flat out embarrassing losing that lead the way they did, they deserved to lose.

Interesting...teams that have a higher score on the board deserve to lose

Go Canes!

First Marvin post where he takes issue with a Gator fan's opinion! Marv typically makes third grade level insults about FSU...all the while Gator bean bag bounces off his chin. Been a decade since he's had the slightest hint of UM success to defend. And yes marv...your 'Canes blew a 23 point 4th quarter lead...and deserved to lose.

All I know is it looks like we may have drawn the toughest two teams in the SEC West in LSU and Ole Miss. Our schedule looks much tougher now than it did earlier. Still only 3 weeks into the season though.

Yep.

LSU and Ole Miss are legit. And that Fournette....holy cow.

I think one thing we could all agree on is that none of us will even sniff the playoff this year.

That is a fair assessment. I think winning records, bowl appearances (maybe a conference championship appearance), and building for the future (recruiting, beating rivals, etc.) are goals better tailored to this year's teams.

I think we lose by 30+ to Ole Miss and by 20 to LSU...we are going to get man handled in those games. If we win this weekend we get 8 wins this year...I would say 9 but we can't make a field goal...lol

I don't agree about Ole Miss. Oh, they could well beat us, and if we turn the ball over like Bama did then it could be 30. But this could also be the year where they overlook us, like we usually do to them.

LSU, well, they will kill us in the trenches. I just don't see away around it.

I have long said that Ole Miss is an up and down team, and they always seem to be up when they rotate onto our schedule. 2-10 Ole Miss we never seem to play. 10-2 Ole Miss, oh yes.

They are also an up and down team within the same season. I know it was post-Treadwell's injury, but how does a team beat Bama and then later in the year get shut out by Arkansas.

That said our defense will have to be tremendous to keep us in the game. Miscues on our part will have to be kept to a bare minimum. We will likely be underdogs in all of our October games and at this point in time I would say Mizzou is the one we have the best chance of actually winning. We'll have our hands full with OM and LSU.....want to see UGa against UT and Bama though as SCar is really struggling.

Maybe.......but they still won....unlike Zooker and his staff.

I know a lot of folks are expecting a Cane implosion, but they're sitting at 3-0 with next game against Cincinnati (likely win) and then FSU (possible win).

It seems like every time Ole Miss shows up on the rotation, they're good. When they suck, we don't play them. Sigh, think we get lose that game.

We would have to do some things outside of ourselves to beat ole miss, we would have to find a way to get a cheap score or two like they did against Bama.

I'd hope they can win with a 30-10 lead late in the game. They did everything possible not to win, because their staff is pathetic.
