But she IS and she doesn't care, she is quite proud about it, google her, read about her. Just because you don't like it, doesn't make it false.

But is it racist to point out someone else is being racist with a parody of their racism? Or is that anti-racist?

Honestly? They're both being racist.
Harris is being racist by faking an accent, because black folks will magically be on her side because she "sounds like them." It's insulting but pretty much par for course, Hillary did the same damn thing.
Loomer is next level though, she's already a proud racist, she could have just with "union memba" which Harris actually said but she had to get stereotypical first, which is equally insulting and pretty much spoils the message. If I never had to hear from her or MTG ever again I'd consider it a kindness.
Racism isn't just ignorant, it's lazy and I couldn't come up with better examples of each side if I'd written it myself.

Loomer is a Jew caught up in a centuries-old religious conflict. The people she directs hate towards are people that want her and her race exterminated. Not defending the horrible things she said (like applauding the death of thousands of Palestinians), but that's what I can find from her...a Jew who claims to be a "proud Islamophobe".
If there's more enlighten me. I can't find it and I read several hate articles today at lunch...they are easy to find.
But again, she's relentless for someone who I don't even think has a job? She digs in and somehow gets sources on fairly big stories.

I don't applaud the death of anyone, but on the top of the totem pole are people that think anyone who isn't devout is an infidel and must be killed.
What little I know of her she's so singly focused on hating Muslims that she'll ignore literally any other confounding factor.
I don't know if association with someone based on a single issue you share with them makes you part of them or not. For example, if they hate muslims but their main platform is hating anyone non-white, does her discussing the conflict in the Middle East mean she shares that world view?
And didn't know those types of groups where solidly anti-semitic. I don't pay them much attention. It sucks that you have to, I hate bigots.

I see it as parody pointing out how ridiculously obvious the Dems are about pandering to groups they think are too stupid to notice. These are all things they actually did.

That's an interesting question. Objectively it's racist.
That said, people of mixed race have to choose which side they are going to claim very early in life, and choosing the "wrong" side has consequences.

That's why I asked it. Who it comes from is part of the context, and your opinion of her isn't very high so you're going to read it a certain way. Also, Dave Chappelle is a comedian so jokes from him are going to hit different than from a rabid anti-Islamist journo.
I still bristle when parody or comedy is viewed as racist. Woke ideology has killed comedy, even if this wasn't all that funny.

So far I've found that she's Jewish and she really hates a group of people that want her entire race wiped off the face of the earth, but way too broadly. I still don't understand hating an entire group of people over the actions of the most extreme of them, but that's what I've turned up.
I can't find anywhere where she claims to be a white nationalist, or a white supremacist. She just really hates Muslims, especially the ones that want her dead.
