I'm assuming the paper talks about how well he's handled all the issues. I'm sure they have all the facts in order lol.

Compare that to 54 documented cases of rape by the UT football players while Butch Jones was in charge and nothing was ever done about any of them. The fans didn't even care so long as Butch Jones was winning games for them. He actively protected known rapists on his team, and the fans only turned on him when he started losing football games.
Contrast that with a Florida football player jaywalking across University Avenue becoming a national tragedy with front page headlines the world over about how our program is out of control.
I have given up on the whole lot of it. It's not these coaches jobs to make sure their players are choir boys 24/7 365 days a year for the 4 years they should be on campus. Let the universities and their student conduct councils or whatever they have make determinations as to whether these kids are still eligible to play sports or attend classes.

Yeah sorry, now you are living in a freaking psychadelic dream state. I could ONLY figure on Vandy to be on par or better than UF simply because they don't value sports achievement as much as they value the academic side of things so they only get a certain kind of athlete.

UF finished 2018 as the ONLY school in the nation to finish ranked in the Top 10 in both football and Academics....
And the ONLY school in the Nation to have 35 consecutive seasons being ranked in the Top 10 in the National All Sports rankings (Directors Cup).
And one of the few D1 schools to have won NC's in the Men's Big 3, Football-B-Ball-Baseball.
Along with having NC's in 14 different sports...

That article is totally ridiculous by the way. Most of the dudes alleged to have committed bad acts are gone. Most of the allegations made were either dropped or unproven. And Mullen (who has been our coach for one whole season) didn’t condone, make excuses for, or look past any of the alleged behavior.

That is an impressive record. In the SEC academic ratings, Vanderbilt is one, Florida is two and UGA is a close third. With the exception of the last coaching hire, your Athletic Director has done a great job.
Oozie, I don't normally disagree with Florida posters on this board but when Jeremiah Hollomon's ex girlfriend filed a complaint earlier this summer, and Kirby Smart became aware of it, he immediately dismissed Hollomon. And the ex-girlfriend didn't have "her face caved in" (exaggerate much?). I'd like to hear your "facts" about UGA having "more arrests than anyone in the SEC this offseason.". UGA won the East and beat every team in the East by at least 2 tds, including the Gators. Florida finished 3rd in the East and lost 3 games in Florida by double digits (all 3 division losses).
Smart is going on a Spurrier like run in JAX.
