18F is forecast in the CenTex for Thursday night. Early in 2020, I saw the video on YouTube some NASA scientists telling me we're in a solar minimum. Expect COLD!!! YouTube removed the videos. The Warmists might have some credibility if they would stop hiding stories that don't fit the narrative.
Last night, KWTX TV told me to prepare for 60 straight hours of below freezing beginning Thursday night. Goreleone told me this couldn't happen. Some NASA scientists told me to get ready in early 2020 before YouTube took the videos down.
WBAP in Cow Town says Norther to hit Metroplex tomorrow at 3 PM. Ice on roadways by night. Gorleone told us this couldn't happen, was it 15 years ago?

I defer to experts for most things.
If the majority of experts within a field assert XYZ, and this assertion is validated by peer reviews via scholarly publications then I will accept this assertion provisionally, with the understanding that the Scientific Method is an iterative process, and that today's hypotheses and conclusions will be refined by future research.
I do too, mostly.
But for example, when experts tell me that _____ causes cancer and then 5 or 10 years later they claim it does not, and that process is repeated a half dozen times over a decade or so, I begin to view said claims with a veil of skepticism.
That's not a perfect analogy but it does sort of clarify my position on man made climate change. Further, I absolutely cannot support global legislation on carbon outputs that reduces it in X while allowing Y and Z to increase output many times over.
I think this has more to do with the media and politicians. They cherry-pick, sensationalize, and spin research to suit their agendas. Most of the "debunked" claims about the earth being "uninhabitable in ten years," etc. are either not from scholarly research, or have been exaggerated, or mischaracterized.
Al Gore and Greta T. are not experts and what they say about climate change is irrelevant.
The 'experts' say you have the ability to change the climate.
So why aren't you? People are dying all over the world due to harsh climate conditions.
And you sit there and do nothing. Shame on you.

These 'experts' say you can change the climate. That means they are asserting you have that power.
If that were the case, then it would be proven by science.
For instance, science has proven that gravity exists. We know that if a man holds a 5 pound weight 4 feet in the air, if he drops that weight, we know how long it will take the weight to touch the ground, and we know what speed it will be traveling at when it hits.
Because science has proven that gravity exists.
Science has NOT proven that man-made climate change exists.
If science had proven that, then YOU would know the precise actions you would need to take, for the precise length of time, in order to cause a precise change in the climate.
But you can't do any of that. Because man-made climate change is a hoax.
This really isn't that hard. You just want to believe, so you ignore reality. You are kinda like @instaGATOR and his blind belief in aliens in that regard.
See, @Uniformed_ReRe? Freezing rain and snow will create hazardous weather conditions. It could easily lead to accidents or, knock on wood, even deaths.
No one is changing the climate in Southlake to stop the freezing rain......because man does NOT have the ability to change the climate.

Since, Denver has seen it's earliest freeze on record. For the first time, all Texas 254 counties have been on winter storm watch at the same time. Last Feb. saw all time record cold for the CenTex. Record snow fall in the northeast.
The WaPost wannabe Waco Tribune-Herald admitted the Warmists are 0-41 in dire predictions.
Thinking people aren't falling for Gorleone's weather ruse. We're freezing to death compared to 1100's Greenland and the Roman's Mediterranean Sea.
Warming update:
Heavy snow showers are now pounding North and central Texas after a night of sleet and freezing rain.
It's 3:30 PM. My mail box is frozen shut and no trash pick up. My trash truck is usually 7:40 AM. Mail between 12 and 1. My 3 ton York heat pump is doing the job so far. No heat strips yet. I have R-410 gas. The old R-22 would need auxiliary heat (electric) under freezing temps.
You must be tens of thousands of miles away from me here in NE FL, because at my walk in the park today, it was 83 degrees, currently at 7:30 it's still 67 degrees. š
I'm feeling sorry for you, but I'm still glad that I'm in sunny Florida with Ron.....

We had a bit of freezing rain overnight, and 2ā of sleet, changed over to snow about 2 hrs ago; supposed to get 2-3 inches of snow on top of the sleet.
