Booger McFarland made that claim 30 seconds after the game was over.
I don't take seriously anything said by a person named "booger".
I don't either but we are talking about the same network that gave Paul Finebaum a pretty high profile job.
He wouldn't ever do such. I just couldn't see him benching Dobbs
Hurd had 128 yards.
Maybin, unlike Brandon Spikes, wasn't trying to injure opposing players. The return guy ducked and helmets touched. It was a BS call.
As for Cam Sutton muffing a punt, Only fumble in his career. He was # 1 in the SEC, #3 in the nation last year in punt returns. Made a sensational interception from his CB Position.
The gutless Mad-Dog-Dollie has been hiding on another thread, cause like usual, he runs his idiot mouth and then never wants to eat his Crow dinner when it comes around. So I'll just transplant his bs to the correct thread for it.
And my response to it:
Tennis-sea went into Thursday night's game with unranked 2nd Tier AppSt as a 20.5 Point favorite.
Squeaking out a luck driven OT 20 - 13 win has virtually killed the dollies usual over-rated expectations.
Against a 2nd Tier DL that only averaged 250 Lb's, the rubber dollies averaged just 4.3 yards per rush on 43 carries. It's first 6 possessions ended like this: field goal, punt, punt, punt, interception, punt.
And the game-winning TD in O-T was scored when Jalen Hurd was very fortunate to recover a Josh Dobbs goal-line fumble.
SEC Country - "With all the talent on this roster, you cannot defend such an utterly miserable excuse for offensive football."
Tennis-sea thought that the Head-BJ and Doobie-doobie-do were building a house of bricks, but it was actually Sgt.Carter and Gomer's pile that were busy straining to 'chit' a brick!' chompchomp
Maybe the officials didn't see it, but the PR'er made a quick wave for a Fair Catch. Then he was DOWN with his knee on the ground anyway, BEFORE that thug took his CHEAP-SHOT at a DEFENSELESS player. Your idiot shtick to claim otherwise fools no one. -- Go watch a replay, as I have done, several times.

And now, for one of his favorite circle jerker buddies:
Hey head-nailed-to-da-flor,,,,
CHOKE-la-homa's Big Game Bob strikes again...
#15 Houston 33 - 23 #3 Doomer Swooners
Both of them - OK and Tn are,,,,
OVER-RATED - OVER-RATED - OVER-RATED
Speaking of OVER RATED.
F-U a Top 25 team that was a 35.5 Point favorite over the #127th ranked team in the nation lead 10-7 at the end of the 3rd quarter. Got 14 points very late to make the game look more respectable than it was.
But we all know the truth.
Tell me Instant, which was worse.
UT a 20.5 point favorite over the #43 ranked team in the nation and missing the point spread by 13.5 or Swamp Donkeys being a 35.5 point favorite over the #127 team in the nation and missing the spread by 18.5 points?
Appy State finished last year with 11 wins and a Bowl victory( Things F-U cannot claim) U/Mess finished 3-9.
This week, we play Va. Tech.Another mid level Power 5 team and set the record for largest football game ever held, be it NCAA or NFL. while you play another Puzzie this week, Kentucky before you play #125 ranked North Tectus the following week.
While we face a far tougher foe, I do believe that the Pre-season hype that the players and coaches bought into is over and the players will be back playing up to the level they are capable of.
You think that playing these Wussies are gonna make F-U stronger? That all the problems are gonna get fixed playing 4-A High School Level teams?
We'll find out how this saga ends in 3 weeks

They played us tough, we won by 17. Good teams wear down lesser but amped up opponents and win in the second half. Which is what we did. We didn't choke on our own vomit and need a miracle fumble recovery in the end zone to win in OT.
They can't be waken up, they have serious issues in a lot of places. Their defense is still bad and looked even worse against an AWFUL qb and overall offense and they got destroyed up front against a sun belt team. They will get eaten alive in conference play up front and will not be able to run the football which will force Dobbs to do something, which it's blatantly obvious he can't and has not gotten ANY better. App State already knew and showed how to shut that offense down, make him beat you passing. Defenses like ours will eat them ALIVE and if we just control the ball and limit turnovers 12 is gonna happen. hopefully they don't lose before they play us and stay where they are in the polls relatively so we can move up. Without even playing a game yet us winning the east again looks like a very realistic possibility with all the turnover at UGA and SC and VAndy looking pathetic as usual.
