If you guys remember, about a week ago, I wrote something about the strength and conditioning program regarding not being the kind of change that people were expecting in year three. As we all know, sometimes the plan changes for good or bad, we don’t know until it actually happens , I’m just letting you know the plan has changed and I think this will be for the good of the program. That’s really all I can say right now you guys have to understand how delicate some of these situations are and I’m trying to navigate all of them as best I can, without putting myself at risk and definitely not saying something that will put Florida at risk.
