Did he actually say the word? I watched the video but couldn't tell. He was listening to a song.

Looks like he was singing a song that had that word in it and sang the word out loud. Not good at all.

Not that this matters, but the account that posted the video was very clearly a Nole or Cane fan that pretended to be a Gator account. Had zero followers and was created today.

And has already deleted the account

Hopefully we can prevent this monster from playing football, having a job or generally moving on from such disgusting behavior as singing along to song.

Who owns the account has nothing to do with what was said or where he ends up. The account didnt say it, stokes did, and that’s on him not a Nole or scum fan.

Did I comment on who said it or where he ends up?

I was responding to a guy that led the paragraph with NOT THAT THIS MATTERS…

Again, context. He was singing a song that had the word in it. Good judgment this day and age, no, or almost every teenage kid guilty of this to some extent, if it’s something you need to be guilty of, then yes. Not something I would judge him by in this case.

Sing a song that has the word in it, Blame the kid or blame the artist that wrote the song? This is a double standard and virtue signaling over nothing. Unless you wanna go blame the artist that wrote the song.
I’m not blaming anyone… I’m just saying in this day & age it isn’t a good look

I heard a while ago this video existed. Without knowing any context, reserving judgment.

Was he singing the lyrics to a song? If so no harm no foul

Back in slavery days they only called the strong, fearless, brave, and uncontrollable slaves the N word. Otherwise you were called Boy or other sayings. I’ll never be upset with someone using the N word unless it came from a place of malice. At that point it doesn’t matter if you’re white or black I’ll have an issue. Jit shouldn’t lose his scholarship because of this. And F anyone who says otherwise.

I disagree. In the context he hasn’t done anything that a large number of young men his age don’t do Every day, sing a song.I think what a bad look is is everybody making a big deal out of it.
Don’t want to word like that used, people need to stop putting it in songs

I doubt that the video is the reason he is being dropped. More likely it’s because of Rashada and Lagway. I would like to hear Jasons thought on this though.

So the “artist” that sings it is okay to say the word but not a kid singing the song from that artist.. that is where the problem starts.. focusing on the kid when the focus should be on the “artist’.. making a big deal out of nothing.. banned the artist from singing the song and kids won’t have to listen to it or even singing it.. that is where it should start..
