Every team in the tournament but one, will end their season with a loss. We have very insightful posters on this board. My request is this: can someone tell me why the national media pre-ordained Duke to win, and since is lamenting the loss, like they’re the USA Olympics team?
Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE that Florida is constantly discounted as a basketball powerhouse this year. It works perfectly for the team Coach Golden built with underrated players. But there seems to be more gnashing of teeth with Duke’s loss than Auburn’s loss (“the overall number one seed”)
