I don't think Jimbo will leave for a million dollar per year raise. If he leaves, he's probably afraid that things will go downhill at FSU for a while, and he wants to jump while his stock is high. If he thinks he's got good years ahead at FSU, he'll stick around.

Unless he's got some "dream" job out there, I don't see any reason why he would leave fsu.
