It appears that this will be the argument:
1 - Dominion machines were rigged to overcount Hiden's votes and undercount Trump's. I think she will claim that every Hiden vote was counted for more than 1 vote, and every Trump vote was counted for less than 1 vote.
2 - Even with this rigging, Trump had enough votes to win. Trump supporters broke the algorithm.
3 - Counting mysteriously stopped once they realized what had happened.
4 - So they had to introduce new votes for Hiden. That was done in the dead of night after all counting was done.
5 - Affidavits from statistical experts claiming multiple voting irregularites which were mathematically impossible.
As you can see, her lawsuit does indeed have affidavits. Shockingly, @Nolec didn't know what he was talking about.
My guess is much of this will be presented on Tuesday at the public hearing in MI.
Two-pronged attack: Prove the voter fraud to the state legislation, and pressure them to follow the Constitution and have the state's electors vote for Trump.
At the same time, present the lawsuit in court making the same claims.
Win in either attack, and Trump wins state. I think this will be more or less the approach in MI, PA, WI, AZ and GA at least. Maybe NV and VA as well.
