TAMU was pretty good to only have 4 players drafted. They are going to be a team to keep an eye on in 21.

This is probably the most amazing...and terrifying...stat about the SEC and the NFL draft...

A bit dated, but you can do the math on the rest...the premise has not changed...

But UF is still the only SEC school to send a player to the pros via the draft in every common-era NFL Draft in history.....

When do we consider the common draft era starting? I'm not sidagreeing, because I just heard on Thursday that it's something like 65 straight drafts.

LSU, oddly, has only had three drafts in the history of the draft where no one was drafted. That's pretty wild. I want to say the last time was 93.

Thats a crazy stat if true (UF having someone drafted evvery yr)

6 of the first 10

22/64 through two rounds

Was bama and UF the only 2 with multiple first rd picks? ACC had 3 teams with multiple first rounders. I think Bama needs to leave the SEC imo, they could get double what they get now if they did what ND did. They have dominated the SEC and made the SEC a ton of money. If im Bama, im leaving to be an independent and signing my own deal with ESPN and if im ESPN im taking it 100%.

Bama isn't hurting for money. Bama is a staple in the SEC, they are never leaving.

Thats probably true but the SEC needs Bama right now more than Bama needs the SEC, if i were them i would leave just strictly based off of money. The SEC would still be fine without Bama, they dont need bama but i know bama could get more money on a single contract.

The SEC offices are in Birmingham, you know. Alabama owns the SEC. If they were an independant, they wouldn't be able to travel the country with their own pet referee teams.

Huh? You just said the SEC doesn’t need Bama and the SEC needs Bama all in 1 paragraph.

FWIW Bama wouldn’t get more money by leaving the SEC. They aren’t leaving the SEC. That is one of the reasons why they are so successful is because of the conference they are in. It’s a recruiting tool. They leave the SEC and they don’t do as well as they are doing now. Now I know Bama likely doesn’t care too much about other sports but that would be suicide for all their other sports at the school as well.

Did i? I said that the SEC needs bama more than bama needs the SEC. If any school goes on the run they are going on they could get more outside of a conference imo. It doesnt even have to be bama. If Bama left and signed a 10 yr contract they would easily get more and then they could just rejoin after their value goes down. Bama has dominated the SEC the past 12 yrs and it has been the best run in cfb history, they could capitalize on it. All the other sports could stay in the SEC (think ND and the ACC)

If Bama left the SEC, the SEC would never vote them back in. Just like the Big 12 will never take TAMU back.

Thats probably true but im not sure they would need to go back. SEC would pick up another team and be fine.

#'s, I just want you to list all of the IN-DEPENDS that are currently exceeding what the top half of the programs in the SEC are doing.

Even In-Depends ND has had to somewhat join the Almost Competitive in order to try to keep up. And the ACC is so gormless that it has to suck up to, and be used by, the Neutered Lame...

ND's last NC in football was when the media-morons 'fake-news' could VOTE them one,,, 1988.
Only with the fake news media propaganda's help, and the private school Catholic network's $$$, are they even still in the discussion anymore.

The AP voters keep pushing the Neutered Lame forward, but to no avail.
Just like ESPN has put then in their early Top 10 for 2021...

2020 - 10-2 vs their usual chump, 6 of 10 had losing records.
ACC-C CU 34 - 10 ND
NC UA 31 - 14 ND

2019 - 11-2 vs their usual chumps, 5 opponents with losing records.
They lost to UGly btw.
Camping Bowl ND 33 - 9 IoSt (7-6)

2018 - 12-1 vs their usual chumps, 6 opponents with losing records.
CU 30 - 3 ND

2017 10-3 vs teams with a pulse, only 2 with losing seasons.
At home vs UGly 20 - 19 ND (TD Jesus was on vacation)
@ Mia 41 - 8 ND
@ Stan 38 - 20
But they did manage beat a 9-4 LSU 17 - 21 ND by 4 pts.

2016 - 4-8 Losers

>>> Last Football NC was GIVEN to them over 3 decades ago...
==========

As to Bama, they have been on a run recently, but not that long ago they were middle of the pack SEC.

2007 7-6
2006 6-7
2004 6-6
2003 4-9
2001 7-5
2000 3-8
1998 7-5
1997 4-7

And they, like any other team in the SEC (it cycles), they can return to mediocre in just a season or two from now.
It's the SEC that owns college football, not the crimson turds...
😎

Crimson tide owns and dominates college foootball. Their resume over the past 15 yrs eclipses the SECs accomplishments as a whole. Thats not to down the SEC, its just how good bama has been. They have thoroughly dominated the SEC year in and year out. I havent seen a team run through a conference like this since FSU in the 90s or USC in 2000s. Its been that easy for them. They have had absolutely no resistance at all. Look at Bamas record the past 12 yrs or so against the SEC. Other than a few miracles by Auburn, Johnny Football, and Ole miss... Im not sure they lost that much outside of that.

Just remember that before Saban showed up Bama had nearly a decade of total irrelevance, And he just turned 70,

Yea i know but this has been going on for about 12 yrs or so. I never thought someone would come close to our 14 yr stretch but they completely passed it and its not even close

Bama also leads the all time SEC in NCAA violations.
After decades of that, they have evolved the very best bag-man system in the nation.

I'll leave you to guess which SEC B-Ball team leads the SEC in NCAA violations.....

PS
And why did you not address the In-Depends question???

arent you older than Saban? You should be the expert on Depends.

Looks like the woman loser, with his daughter being raised by a real man, wants to continue attempting to kiss me....

News Flash: You're still just as butt-ugly and stupid/boring as ever, so you should just stick to kissing your LLL soulmate instead. Stop begging me for attention loser. Go back to getting drunk and crying in your cheap beer...

Depends is apparently a touchy subject.
