That's a pretty blanket statement, Paco. I would hope you would take things [I post] on a case-by-case basis.
Take Cook, for example. I'd venture to say you agree that Cook isn't guilty simply because he's a Nole. Cook isn't guilty just simply because someone said he did something. Cook also isn't guilty because he has prior run-ins with the law. Cook is only guilty if found so in a court of law.
You'd [probably] also agree that Cook should be suspended from FSU pending an investigation and resolution into this matter. Once tomorrow's trial has concluded and a verdict reached, one of two things should happen.
1. If found guilty, he should be dismissed from the team.
2. If found not guilty, he should be reinstated.
