Now don't go getting all mushy, Alaskan, I didn't say I agree with you!

That's a pretty blanket statement, Paco. I would hope you would take things [I post] on a case-by-case basis.

Take Cook, for example. I'd venture to say you agree that Cook isn't guilty simply because he's a Nole. Cook isn't guilty just simply because someone said he did something. Cook also isn't guilty because he has prior run-ins with the law. Cook is only guilty if found so in a court of law.

You'd [probably] also agree that Cook should be suspended from FSU pending an investigation and resolution into this matter. Once tomorrow's trial has concluded and a verdict reached, one of two things should happen.

1. If found guilty, he should be dismissed from the team.
2. If found not guilty, he should be reinstated.

Would you agree or disagree with the above?

I do take things on a case-by-case basis, I should have said I disagree with you more than I agree with you. However, I don't want a board where we don't allow differing opinions (like Warchant) and where we can't exchange barbs with our rivals, it would be boring. There are some nole posters on here I would ban if I were a mod, you're not one of them.

I would agree with your second statement. You can't suspend someone who is found not guilty.

I would only partially agree with your first statement, but I believe Cook is guilty whether the court finds him guilty or not. I don't believe the state has a real interest in prosecuting this case, and I don't believe they can get an impartial jury in Tallahassee

I agree with you wholeheartedly on your first paragraph.

On the second, I honestly don't know if he's guilty or not. I would certainly feel better if tomorrow shows a definitive answer one way or the other. Unfortunately, I don't know that we'll get that, which will do more harm than good for the program (IMO).

EDIT: Dadgum it...this article is a mirror of the other one with the same date. Stupid recycled facebook feeds! I shake my fist at thee!

SEC continuing their Top 25 streak alive!

Love the one liners!

- Imagine what FSU's arrest rate would be if Tallahassee police actually arrested football players.
We tried to tell you Jimbo was building an SEC team!

- In 2011 I met a sheriff at the Alabama-LSU game in Tuscaloosa. He had a national championship ring that Saban gave him. No joke.

- You'd think Kentucky would be better at football with this arrest rate.

- Urban Meyer will have them top five in arrests in no time.
Honorably mention to that creep up north, "Interestingly, if you combine Florida and Ohio State's arrests, Urban Meyer would be number one on this list. "

- Hugh Freeze is going to take these boys straight to church. (Where they will then abscond with the offering plates).

- This is the strongest case ECU has made for inclusion in the SEC.

Look at Igloo. Here it is Tennessee week and he wants to try and change the narrative.

Don't you fret, I'm excited about Tennessee's ranking on this list as much as I'm excited to see UF embarrass them and their lofty pre-season expectations. I'm eager to see photographs of Tenn Tears in the stands. PLEASE don't let me down (although it is a win/win for me).
