Napier just finishing up. I know it’s the off-season “talking season”… can’t take too much from it… etc.
First of all I just want to say what a stand up guy Napier is as a man and head football coach. He has about the best character of any coach we’ve ever had. I really, really want him to succeed here because he is such an impressive and likable individual. I truly think he impacts our players and staff in a contagiously positive mindset.
Interesting point he mentioned from the off-season I caught re: strength and conditioning culture change: as a team we have gained 500 lbs of muscle and lost 500 lbs of body weight…
