SEC All Sports Trophy Streak Ends

Correct me if I'm wrong but does A&M still get points in a sport that not all SEC teams compete in? I may be reading that wrong...
What is the formula that calculates this before the baseball tournament is over as well as the outdoor track season?
It calculates finishes in the SEC, which has been completed.

In the Learfield Director's Cup standings, which calculates national finishes across all sports, UF was ranked 11th as of May 16, but most spring sports have not been included yet. UF has never finished outside of the Top 10 since they started compiling this - somewhere around 1992.

Florida is the ONLY school in the NCAA that has finished in the Top 10 in the All Sports standings for 34 consecutive years. (or is it 35 years now, I lost count?) 
The Director's Cup allows schools to use 10 Men's and 10 Women's sports to get their total.
Florida only has 9 Men's sports, so they are competing with only 19 teams against teams like Stanford that have 34 combined usable sports, (can always use their top 20 results)
