SCOTUS to hear arguments tomorrow on student loan debt forgiveness

It will get fixed when people stop getting useless degrees that they'll never get a job with, or at least ones that can attain an income good enough to repay them. Just exactly WTF are these universities doing with their billions of endowments? They should be using them to attract doctors, engineers, etc to defray the exorbitant costs for those fields where excellence is absolutely essential.
Remember when Trump focused on trade schools and apprenticeships? The libs raised hell.

So it seems like the biggest argument today was "standing". The states are trying to prove that they have standing, looks like 5 judges aren't convinced that do...right now.

It's sad watching you desperately trying to cheerlead this case across the finish line. Not understanding that it is going to hurt far more borrowers than it will help. All you know is the dems want it, so you want it.

Tell us more about voting against your best interest.

Just talked to a buddy in LA (another Gator, but a hardcore lib), he told me he got laid off from his management position at a financial services company about 1 year ago. He said it had nothing to do with individual performance (yeah right), but rather was a haircut of upper mgmt because of the crap economy (believable).

I said nothing, but couldn't help but smirk hard that he got exactly what he voted for ...
