Cant have the same people in charge plus courts need to make sure illegal ballots are thrown out. Also what are the rules in each state for ballots mixed with spoiled ballots?

The conspiracy theorist will tell you that the Trump Campaign was watching all of this vote switching in real time. They were aware of what was going to happen. Had to lose to be able to show the world our voting systems have been manipulated for a long time, and fix it so future elections are fair.
