WTF? It was a momentum shifting non event that could have decided how the game would unfold. Kentucky player clearly fumbles (ball is coming loose well before he went down) ball bounces right to a Gator defender. Ref signals UF ball 1st and ten. Suddenly KY is lining up 1st and 10. Mullen is arguing with the side judge and ball gets snapped and then neither of the two idiots in the ESPN broadcast booth mention it again.
So WTF happened? My understanding is that potential possession changes are always reviewable. But the booth didn't stop play on the field to do so. Why didn't Mullen either throw the challenge flag, or at a minimum, call time out to regroup after a good KY run so the booth could take a look during the time out? Kentucky ended up scoring a TD on that possession if memory serves me right, going up 14-7 during that series. I was pissed at both the replay booth and Mullen for not being proactive.
What in the hell was going on out there?![Eek! ](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
