And I agree. I will be the first to admit I've hated her on the bench and I'm glad she is no longer a part of the system, but regardless of who dies as a member of the SCOTUS it is honorable to honor them. Trump is right in doing so. I think it shows respect for the system moreso than it is the individual. If one of the staunch conservatives died, I'd expect the dems to do the same - hypocritical respect for the individual but ultimate respect for the position.
