What looks even more odd is the percentage of increases for both candidates after these dumps. They are definitely the work of a algorithm.
That is certainly what it looks like. If so, they are f___ed because it will unravel.
My first job out of college was with the Department of State. I think we suck at certain aspects of espionage and we always have (George Washington was pretty good at it though). This is NOT one of the aspects that we suck at.

As I said before, it will be the math and stat nerds that will be the undoing of Biden. I don’t think people realize the amount of scrutiny that is taking place with the post election voter data. The stupid Dems didn’t take into account Trump was loaded to the hilt with nerds and than you have the thousands of independent nerds picking this data apart and going through it with a fine tooth comb. They are screwed.

Yep. This is old news, those of us following it closely knew this the morning after ED cause it was another case where Trump had a big lead in a state (WI) when we went to bed, then when you get up, Hiden is leading and everyone is asking WTF happened.
They 'found' 141k ballots for Hiden in the middle of the night is what happened. But a lot of voters are seeing this for the first time, that's why Trump is pointing it out.
He will probably go through all the fraud in all the states. Let the public know what happened because only the alt-left crazies like we have here can look at that and think 'Looks fine to me, I see no voter fraud!'

If that 3:42am dump would have come from Dane County (Madison) they would have broken 118,272 - 38,640 based upon the 2016 split.
However, we know they split ~85/15 to give 143,379 - ~25,000...that's delta of ~25,000 and Hiden won by ~20,000.

It will be impossible to find a professional statistician to testify under oath it’s possible for 20-30 batches of votes (I mean 3 in a row would be ridiculous) to be EXACTLY the same split. It’s not even as complex at the pattern recognition done by Dr. Shiva. Very simple.
Assuming that’s good data (not my call) it looks like Trump was winning by so much they realized the algorithm couldn’t keep up. So plan B was to dump physical ballots to close the gap to a manageable level. It would have been way too obvious to do it all electronically.

All I know is this: While Rudy was today going over all the fraud that they had uncovered and how they had tried to overturn the election. Sidney Powell looked like she was about to explode. You could tell it was all she could do to keep her composure and a couple of times she kinda rocked forward like she was about to push Rudy out of the way and go off, and caught herself.
She looked like she was absolutely furious and it struck me that she knew what had happened and she was so mad she couldn't see straight.
