They will continue to be worthless until they do the right thing which is rule that any of the contested states that violated their election law by not following rules set by the legislature are unconstitutional and void. Send it to the legislatures to cert or not cert electors. Bring Hiden below the 270 and let the house fix it or outright win for Trump..

Anything short is a failure to do their job. PERIOD!

I agree. What pisses me off the most is they dismissed the Texas case on a procedural basis, not on the merits.

They want zero to do with any of this. But, I remain hopeful...and if Powell is able to put a RICO case together they'd almost certainly hear that case.

Looks like it's multiple states. SC will look for any reason to dismiss if they hear.

The MI audit being included will make it tougher to justify dismissing.

They have ways out. I don’t know what relief Powell is seeking in this case but IMO she’s been way over her skis on what she’s asking of the courts throughout.

You paint a judge into a corner before they even hear your case and it diminishes your odds quite a bit.

Bingo. If the case was simply one state and remedy was associated strictly to the evidence, that's one thing. But when she starts adding in multiple states and asking judges to make judgement calls and overturn states, they won't do that. Even if the Constitution clears the way for them to do so, as we saw in the Texas case.

And she knows that.

So IMO she's either doing this for fundraising, or Trump is telling her to do it knowing the SC doesn't have the nads to follow the Constitution, then he says well we tried, my turn now.

I think you’re right. A well paid lifetime appointment where you are less likely to ever have to make an impactful (but controversial) decision must appeal to those with no spine or principles.
