Walker spoke today for the first time in a very long time.
Here is what we know.
1. Walker will take official visits
2. Florida is set to receive one
3. Walker mentioned Jan. 12 being a possibility for UF visit, but he was not 100-percent sure
4. He remains committed to Alabama
5. Auburn and Georgia will receive visits
6. Tennessee MAY get one with Pruitt now the HC
7. He does not plan to take an official visit to Bama
Now, here is how I see things TODAY:
I do not see him in Alabama's class when signing day comes to an end in February. Georgia is perceived as the favorite TODAY and I see that too. Florida was his school as a kid growing up, so you have to watch the Gators here. He is close with Trey Dean too, so that is another positive for UF. Walker is not going to say much, but I am hearing he will not be one that decommits from Alabama and completely re-opens his recruitment if he decides on another school, but that he will just flip to the new school. He is one we will watch closely in January, but Florida appears to be in this.
