I have researched REALISTIC offensive line coaches who would be great fits for our Gators.
My pick would be AJ Ricker from SMU bc he is a good OL coach and a great coach OC and Mullen needs both.
Baylor- Eric mateos
Followed BYU coach Jeff Grimes to Baylor.
Since 2014, Mateos has coached 13 NFL players including eight draft picks.
Taking him from Baylor may be tough because Baylor has a solid group of lineman and he is with his OC. He's only been at Baylor for a season but the allure of the SEC may be intriguing for him. His track record for recruiting is unknown but based on his personality and the success he's had developing guys and getting them to the NFL recruiting shouldn't be an issue.
