They're trying to cut through the noise with this ad. This is purely a brand awareness ad.
Bright poppy colors, amorphous "actors", no speaking, hard driving beat...they're trying to get you to stop scrolling on your phone and look up and say "WTF is going on?". And then impress the brand on your brain.
I agree, it won't directly sell one car. But that's not exactly the point of it.
