But as per usual, Noles will pretend that EVERYONE is innocent until proven guilty.

The issue seems to hinge over whether or not someone else, aside from the Uber driver, was actually in the car with him. The story from Jameis and Darby is that a third person was actually in the front seat, but they didn't give a name.

She reported the incident to Uber in March 2016. I don't think the police are even involved in this situation. It's the NFL themselves that are investigating.

One thing that I've come to realize about Jameis, after watching him over the years, is that he does not seem to experience fear. I've literally never seem him appear nervous, even during periods when most people would feel emotionally overwhelmed. I don't think he is a malicious person, but I do think that he has lack of fear that gives him an almost childlike inhibition.
