Would like an interview set up where all watch the fake field goal and explain the rule governing a player throwing a pass with his knee on the ground. Is this the only exception to rule? I know for a fact the qb can't take a knee and make a throw. Rb is down when his knee touches. Victory formation you take a knee and it ends the play. How can that be a legal pass???
